This is the Octo Buffer, a dual active buffered multiplier with 1 signal and 4 outputs for both buffered multipliers. It is a reliable and effective utility module that is able to output 4 copies of whatever is patched into the signal input. Each buffered multiplier is independent and is power by -/+12V power and is 6 HP

Creator commentary: It's a pretty straight forward module and one that I feel can be overlooked that everyone should have at least one in their rig. I honestly don't have too too much to talk about it as it is as straight forward and to the point a module can get as far as utility. I remember when I first got into modular synthesis I was aiming to have a polyphonic sound/setup to sound and behave like a tradiitonal synthesizer with keyboard (think like a Yamaha synth, Roland, etc) rather than sections acting independently from one another or functioning differently. And for a polyphonic setup, if you want say an LFO to control 4 filters at the same time, it required a buffered multiplier to output copies of said LFO to all filters. Good times when you wanted to play a four note chord, it required about an hour to set up and 4 buffered multipliers.
